It's often quite crowded and I dont think the store layout fits this well. Other than this, its a standard small foodstore with Marks & Spencer's signature slightly expensive pricing, but provides what you would expect.
This store is going down the hill very fast! Bought sandwiches and sweet buns today and they all went in the bin, due to being stale and tasteless! And the store is so cramped can’t hardly move!
Nice range of Mark's and Spencer food, so there should be no real surprises a out the prices. It's in a good location, with ample parking. It can be a touch congested around the aisles at times when the staff are stocking the fridges and displays, as some of them don't seem to understand the concept of keeping aisles as clutter free as you can. This is the biggest downside to the shop
Lovely store and staff. I bought the Indian meal deal....2 main courses and 2 sides. I also bought a lovely bottle of French wine. I spent £17. I added my own rice. It was really nice. I've enough for a small lunch tomorrow. 😁 …
I'm giving this only 4 stars ....simply because at the entrance at this food store there is a lobby the carpet was dirty with rather a large stain on it , there was a little debris laying there, MANAGER REMEMBER FIRST IMPRESSIONS!!! .GET IT CLEANED. Other than that the staff where very knowledgeable, helpful , courteous and very friendly with a smile on there face, I like calling in here when in Derry....
Used to be a great shop but for the last couple of months you'll have a very hard time finding something that isn't going off that day or the next. Makes it very hard to shop and seems a bit irresponsible with Covid and all as it means we have to visit the shop more often.
Social distancing, mask wearing etc has gone to the wind and it's packed most days, clearly there was a management change for the worse
